Part of authentic marketing is remembering that your customers don’t want to be talked at, they want to be heard.

The success of social media is a testament to the fact that things are changing.  It’s more crucial than ever to take the time to show your audience that you aren't just someone else who wants their money. You need someone who knows how to use these tools to listen to what your customers saying, and cultivate your marketing and content around that.
